Judged how well the resource teaches.

An educational reviewer judges how well a learning resource actually teaches. Working against published criteria, they weigh clarity, sequencing, engagement, and fitness for a particular course, then produce a written assessment: evidence, a rating, and the reasoning behind it. The work arrives from authors, compilers, and subject experts once a draft exists, and the findings pass to developmental editors, authors, and copy editors who revise. What this trade adds is a considered verdict on how well the material teaches.
